ProgressionChildren learn the art of judo with a variety of throwing techniques, turn overs and hold downs. Armlocks and strangles are included in the senior sessions.
We follow the British Judo Association's grading structure. All students are encouraged to progress through the Sho, Mon or Kyu grade syllabus depending on their age. |
